Why was my deposit not credited to my Mostbet account?

If your deposit is not showing in your Mostbet balance, first check the payment status with your bank or mobile wallet.

Do this:

  1. Wait 10–30 minutes – sometimes bank or bKash/Nagad card deposits take a bit of time to reflect.
  2. Check “Deposit history” in your Mostbet account to see if the transaction is “Pending”, “Rejected” or not visible at all.
  3. Confirm deduction – open your bank / card / wallet statement and take a screenshot showing:
    • Transaction ID
    • Time and date
    • Exact amount
  4. Contact support via live chat or email from the Mostbet website/app and send:
    • Your account ID
    • Payment method used
    • Screenshot of successful payment

Note: Do not try multiple deposits with the same payment if it is already deducted; wait for support to check and credit it to your casino or sports balance.
